Tenancy/Property Management:

We will, on behalf of you, ensure correct management of your tenancy. We carry out this task via paying the rent and utility accounts, and acting as a single point of contact for repairs and management for your tenancy.

Helpline and Emergency Support:

When your in a situation at home where you need support, we provide a 24-hour help line/emergency support service.  We can quickly arrange for repairs or maintenance to be carried out promptly to get you out of the emergency.

Cross Cultural Training: 

We can provide you some basic training on what to expect when living in Turkey.  Having some knowledge on the culture in Turkey and how the people behave can help you acclimate quickly to the country.
